my experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. They arranged a ski lesson and lift pass for me and even provided precise directions to meet my instructor. They were also knowledgeable about the area and suggested activities that I didn't know were available. The hotel itself had excellent facilities, including a Turkish bath, sauna, and spa services that were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The entire property was spotless and well-maintained. I will definitely be returning to this venue in the future.

The location of the hotel was great, being right in the heart of the village and close to the bus stop and shops. the staff were helpful, fixing any issues quickly and suggesting activities such as hiking. the breakfast was amazing and you could also order food from the menu for an additional cost.
The hotel restaurant charged for tap water which seems odd since complimentary bottles of water were available in the room.

Spent a fantastic New Year's celebration at this hotel! The ski-in/ski-out location was perfect and the ski rental shop within walking distance made it so easy to hit the slopes. The breakfast buffet was a real treat with fresh pastries and delicious coffee, plus the hot chocolate station was a great touch. The on-site indoor pool and gym were a fantastic way to relax after skiing.
Although the location was amazing, the room felt a bit tired and worn down. The carpet had a slight damp smell, and the overall décor could use some updating.

We had a lovely romantic stay in this hotel. the staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us excellent recommendations on local activities, and the spa services were wonderful. One of the best aspects of this place was the stunning mountain view from our room's balcony.
The only downside of our experience was that the room was a bit basic and in need of a renovation. the room was located on the outskirts of the hotel, which made it a bit far from the lobby and restaurants.
